Voicemail Box:
When you have calls set to forwarding to a phone, and you miss the call, the lead will receive your forwarding number's voicemail box to leave you a voicemail there. Voicemails your leads have left you when forwarding to a phone will only be accessible on the call forwarding phone itself and not within Ringy.
If you have calls accepting in Ringy or forwarding to the mobile app, and you miss the call, the leads will get the voicemail box you have recorded on Ringy. If you have not recorded a voicemail box on Ringy, they will get an automated voicemail saying "You have reached [First name on Account], please leave a message." You can record your Voicemail Box, by navigating the Account Settings page -> Manage Account tab. The Voicemail Box section will be on the left of the page to choose and where you can record it.
When your leads leave you a voicemail, you can listen to them by clicking the phone icon at the top right of your account wherever you are on Ringy and selecting the Voicemails tab.
Whenever you do miss a call, you will receive an alert in Ringy to allow you to easily call the lead back. To turn this alert on, navigate to the Account Settings page, and all system notifications can be turned on at the bottom of the General Info section. Be sure to choose UPDATE INFO once you make any changes.
