Team Analytics Tutorial Video

The Team analytics tab is accessed by navigating to the Reports page in the left hand menu. Teams can be managed on the My Team tab of the Account Settings page.

The Power Dialer Report will provide analytics on personal Power Dialer Campaigns. Please note, Company Power Dialer Reports will be found on the Company Analytics tab. Select specific personal Power Dialer Campaigns or select all of your personal Power Dialer Campaigns to view reports on from the drop down menu. You will be able to customize the date range to view statistics on leads routed into each Power Dialer Campaign here for yourself as well as any agent on your team within Ringy you have added to your personal Power Dialer Campaigns. You are able to generate a CSV file of each Power Dialer Campaign report in the top right corner once populated. 

The User Summary report shows general statistics for yourself and, if applicable, members on your team for a custom date range. You can select other agents' teams in the drop down menu in the top left corner. Once their team is populated, you can also narrow down agents on their teams to choose from and view analytics for. You can toggle on "Tab view" in the top right corner to view each team through different tabs or turn it off to see each team selected populate one below the other. You are able to generate a CSV file of this report in the top right corner. 

The Recently Sold Leads report will provide a breakdown of sales from a custom date range, identifying the selling agent, the product sold, and sale date. Once you toggle on "View by agent" in the top right corner, you are able to generate a CSV file of this report. 

  • You can create sold products by navigating to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, choosing the Manage Account tab, and selecting Sold Products on the left of the page. 
  • You are able to allow your team to use your sold products by navigating to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, choosing the My Team tab, and selecting Settings on the left of the page. 

The Master Switch History report shows when you or your team members toggled their account’s master switch, depending on who you select to view the report for in the Showing analytics for field. You can generate a CSV file of this report in the top right corner. 

The Leads by Team Member report shows the amount of leads received vs the amount sold. This report can be toggled between a graph and a table, and a CSV file can be generated from the table view. Once you toggle on "Show table" in the top right corner, you are able to generate a CSV file of this report. 

The SMS by Team Member report shows the amount of inbound and outbound texts for the selected team members as well as carrier violations. Once you toggle on "Show table" in the top right corner, you are able to generate a CSV file of this report.
