The Team analytics tab is accessed by navigating to the Reports page in the left hand menu.
The User Summary report shows general statistics for yourself and, if applicable, members on your team depending on who you select in the Showing analytics for field.
The Master Switch History report shows when you or your team members toggled their account’s master switch, depending on who you select to view the report for in the Showing analytics for field.
The Leads by Team Member report shows the amount of leads received vs the amount sold. This report can be toggled between a graph and a table, and a CSV file can be generated from the table view.
The SMS by Team Member report shows the amount of inbound and outbound texts for the selected team members as well as carrier violations.
