My Team tab

My Team tab Tutorial Video

In the Account Settings page located in the navigation bar, click the My Team tab towards the top of the page. You can track your teams performance and monitor their account by adding them to your team. Adding agents under your account grants you full access to their Ringy account. When an agent is attached to your team, there are many areas to allow you to track that agent's performance.  

The default team name will be the first name on your Ringy account, followed by "Team." You can edit this in the top left corner by choosing the purple pencil beside the current team name.

If your agent doesn't already have an account, you can invite them by going to the Dashboard located at the top of the navigation bar, under the Agent Summary section, select the Invite a User button.

You can view agents on your team in Ringy, by choosing My Team on the left of the page while on the My Team tab. You can add them to your team by inputting the email address associated with their Ringy account into the email address extractor text box in the My Team tab, in the My Team section. This will provide that agent a request to approve on their Ringy Dashboard. 

Agents can view supervisors on an account by choosing My Supervisors on the left of the page in the My Team tab. Agents can disconnect from a supervisor at any time by choosing "My Supervisors" on the left of the page, and selecting the red trashcan icon. The supervisor will get an email alert if this happens. If an agent disconnects from a supervisor, any leads the supervisor sent them from their Ringy account, will be automatically forfeited back to the supervisor. If a supervisor delete an agent on their team, the supervisor will be given the choice whether or not they want to forfeit any leads they have sent the agent back to their account. 

Lead ownership is based off of what account the lead originated from. You can only transfer leads out of agents' accounts that you specifically sent them and hence, own. Otherwise, you will only be able to view the leads in the agent's account. Regardless, any leads not in your own account and in an agents you will only be able to view the activity log for the lead, and will not be able to take certain actions on that lead. 

Settings:

By choosing "Settings" on the left of the page, you can turn on the option to "Allow my team to use my sold products." You can turn this switch on to share the products you created under "Manage Account" → "Sold Products" with your team. Just be sure to click SAVE to implement this for your team!
