Navigate to the Account Settings page and select the Manage Account tab towards the top.
You can create disposition tags so you can assign them to your leads later as well as trigger automated actions by attaching them to disposition tags.
Disposition tags will be key for you to assign to your leads in order to keep your account better organized and applying labels. You will be able to filter for leads assigned disposition tags and even filter by excluding leads assigned disposition tags in numerous areas within Ringy.
You likely have synced account settings, and already have disposition tags you can use. In the Disposition Tags section on the left hand side, scroll down to view current disposition tags.
On the far left is the tag name to label a lead with, and the far right is the automated action name, which will trigger immediately once the lead has been assigned the tag. You will also find 2 blocks in between the tag name and action name. The block on the left is the background color the lead will populate in once dispositioned. This allows you to color code your leads and visually filter for them moving forward. The block on the right is what the font color would update to. You can edit the tag name, and the background colors by clicking the purple pen beside the disposition tag.
When creating your own disposition tags, enter in the tag name, select a background and font color if you wish, and if you would like an action to trigger, select it from the automated actions drop down menu in order for the action to trigger immediately after dispositioning the lead. We have highlighted where to select the automated action for your reference:
On the right hand side of the page is where you can create and edit Automated Actions. As shown above, you can trigger these actions by attaching them to disposition tags. Simply select with the available checkboxes what actions you want to trigger when dispositioning the lead. If you scroll down, you can find the current automated actions already on your account. You would need to reference the current disposition tags to see when these actions are triggering and then edit or delete any automated actions as needed.
You can create call scripts and access them during calls made or received in Ringy. You will have access to Call Scripts if you added on the Ringy Power Dialer or just specifically Call Scripts in the my Subscription section of the Billing page. For more information on Call Scripts, click here.
This allows you to send a post request to a custom webhook upon the completion of an inbound or outbound call. The body of the post request will contain the call duration and your Ringy email address.
This will send a post request to a custom webhook upon sending or receiving a text message. The body of the post request will contain your Ringy email address as well as the number of text messages that were sent or received.
Input phone numbers here so calls and texts from these phone numbers are blocked from contacting you specifically. Blocking a lead only prevents outbound communication, so this may be necessary to prevent them from also reaching out to you any further.
You can record your voicemail box directly on Ringy. You cannot upload audio files. This is the voicemail box when you miss a leads call and you have chosen to accept calls in Ringy, forwarded to the mobile app, and once set up you will also have the option to send all calls to voicemail. When forwarding calls to a phone, the lead will get that phone number voicemail box and you leave a message on that phone directly. If a lead does leave you a voicemail, you can listen to it by clicking the phone icon at the top right of your account. On the mobile app, you will find the same icon at the bottom right of your screen. Then click the Voicemails tab to listen to any voicemails your leads have left you.
You can record multiple different voicemail drops in this section to leave for your leads. You will need to name each voicemail drop recording before being allowed to save it. Once you are dialing leads on Ringy, you will find the Leave Voicemail button towards the bottom of our dialer.
When you select the Leave Voicemail dropdown on the dialer, you can then choose which voicemail drop it is you want to leave for the lead. You must wait for the beep, and then can click "Leave Voicemail" to end the call.
Manage the products that your business sells. When you confirm a sale, a prompt will let you pick the purchased products and record their sale values. This information will be saved to the lead's profile. You can view a report on Sold Products by navigating to the Reports page in the left hand menu, and under the Team Analytics tab, can refer to the Recently Sold Leads report. To allow agents on your team in Ringy to use your sold products, navigate to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu, choose the My Team tab, and select Settings on the left of the page.
If your lead vendor uses LeadsPedia, you can enter your LeadsPedia account details, your LeadsPedia Advertiser ID, to connect your LeadsPedia account to Ringy.
