You can locate your Ringy Inbox from the left navigation bar within Ringy. The Inbox page is where all of your inbound SMS messages from leads appear. Messages are displayed from newest to oldest. There is a toggle towards the top-right to toggle whether to display messages from blocked leads or not. Note that leads are automatically blocked if they respond with an opt-out keyword such as Stop or End.
You can bulk update leads by selecting the checkboxes next to the messages you wish to update or by clicking the All checkmark button. After selecting what to bulk update, you can click the applicable button towards the top-right - Disposition, Block, Unblock, or Delete. Note that selecting Delete here only deletes the messages from the inbox page - it does not delete the associated lead entry from your account. You can individually update entries using the button icons for each message - the dropdown arrow leads to the Assign Tags option, the red X button can be used to delete the message from the inbox page, and the gray prohibited button can be used to block leads.
When selected, the View Scheduled Texts button will display messages that you’ve manually scheduled to send to leads - this does not include drip marketing.
The View Sent Texts button is used to view your outbox. This page shows all SMS messages that have sent successfully.
The View Rejected Texts page shows all messages that were rejected before sending - they never left Ringy, and therefore your account was not charged for them. The reason why the messages were rejected appears in the Reason column. You can bulk update from this page as well, including an additional option to re-send any rejected messages.
Clicking a message on the inbox page takes you to that lead’s page, just as if you clicked their phone number on the leads page. On a lead’s page, you can see your conversation with them in the SMS history tab as well as in the Activity Log. In the SMS history tab you can reply to the lead in the Send text message section either by entering a message or by selecting a preset reply. In the Lead Phone Number section, it shows the type of phone line the lead is using as well as their carrier.
