This article will explain how to pre-record voicemail drops so you do not have to manually leave voicemails when calling leads.
Listed below are the steps to create a voicemail drop:
1. Click on "Account Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Click on the "Manage Account" tab.
3. Choose "Voicemail Drop" on the left of the page.
4. Click the purple "Record" button.
5. Record a voicemail lasting 3 seconds or longer.
6. Name your voicemail and then select "Save voicemail."
When making a call within the soft phone on the web app, you can select "Leave Voicemail," which populates a banner on the middle of the page for you to choose which voicemail drop it is you want to leave for the lead, wait for the beep, then click "Leave Voicemail."
