You can set the phone number to receive inbound text alerts in the Account Settings page and choose "Notifications" on the left of the General tab. Once this phone number is set, be sure alerts are switched on. To do this, click the purple Welcome button at the top right corner of your account and make sure the alerts button says ON for each you would like i.e. SMS Alerts, Call Alerts, and Lead Alerts. You are not charged for text alerts sent your phone.
You can also receive push notifications through the mobile app. When you have downloaded the mobile app, go to the Settings app on your smart phone, find the Ringy app, and make sure notifications are turned on.
There are also system alerts you can turn on to be notified on your Ringy account directly. Select the Account Settings page in the navigation bar, and under the General Info section, you can turn on each system alert as preferred.
