Email Marketing Tutorial Video
Select the Marketing page found in the navigation bar, click Email from the dropdown, and choose the Preset Replies tab towards the top right of the page.
Preset replies are not automated replies, but they do allow you to send emails to your leads faster. This helps you avoid having to type out the same emails you plan on sending on an individual basis to leads over and over. Input the email body, subject line, and title it. That way, where you are actually going to be sending leads emails on an individual basis, you can select the preset reply from a drop down menu. That quickly populates the email for easy sending!
