This article will walk you through how you can cancel your account and if you're applicable for a refund.
To cancel your account, please call customer support, (720) 764-5467 and select option 3. We will turn off your master switch, turn off your subscription auto-renew, remove your credit card(s) on file so nothing further will be charged, and refund you for subscriptions that were bought within the last 72 hours of you initiating the cancellation of your account. Should you choose to join again, your account will still exist, however nothing will be charged unless you decide to renew your subscription.
- Per our terms of service, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds made should you not use the Service during a period of time when your account is open. Terms of Service
- Account balances are non-refundable upon cancellation. This is because when account balances are funded, you agree to our terms of service as well as that the charge is non-refundable.
- Please note, unless deleted, phone numbers will continue to renew for 90 more days after the account expires. Each phone number will renew for $1 each every 30 days. This allows leads to still call and text you, but you will not be able to call or text them back when the account is expired.
- If you created a Standard Business Profile, your A2P Campaign will remain active while your subscription is expired as long as you have sufficient funds on your Ringy account balance. If your account balance no longer has sufficient funds to renew the A2P Campaign, then it will be disconnected. The Business Profile will remain as is, but if or when you decide to use Ringy again in the future, you would need to recreate the A2P Campaign if it disconnects due to insufficient funds.
