How do I get started with the Call Scripts add-on?
To enable the Call Scripts add-on for just $10 per month, navigate to the Billing page in the left hand menu. Under "My Subscription," you'll see an option to "Boost subscription with add-ons." From there, you can activate the Call Scripts add-on. If you decide to purchase the add-on in the middle of your subscription, the rate will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current subscription period. You will also have access to Call Scripts if you added on the Ringy Power Dialer!
Once the Call Script add-on is activated, you can set up your call scripts on an individual account by navigating to the Account Settings page in the left hand menu and under the Manage Account tab or via company settings in the My Company tab. If you are the company administrator setting up company level call scripts, your agents will still need to purchase the add-on in their Billing page to access the call scripts.
Whether you are creating Call Scripts from the Manage Account tab or My Company tab, you will find the "Call Scripts" section on the left of the page. Click the "New Call Script" button to get started.
If you have the AI tools add-on, you can use AI to create your own call scripts! Simply give it instructions on what type of tone you want to be relayed in your script and some other suggestions to help the AI give you exactly what you're looking for! You will also have the ability to utilize keywords in the call script to populate either your information or the lead's.
How can I use the Call Scripts add-on?
Once your call scripts are created, you can access them while dialing out on Ringy either by clicking on the lead's phone number in the View Lead page or by choosing the "View Lead" tab to the left of the dialer.
Click on the call script name to open it, and you will find a button as seen in the screenshot below to pop it out so you can drag the call script around your screen for a better visual.
