Wondering how to block a caller that is spamming you with inbound calls or texts? Follow these simple steps!
1. Go to "Account Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu
2. Click on the "Manage Account" tab
3. Choose "Blocked Calls" on the left of the page
4. Input the phone number you would like to block from calling and texting you and then click the "block number" button
