Bradley has been involved with technology in some way or form since childhood. With admiration for flying planes, he began playing Microsoft Flight Simulator at 6 years old while also studying computer security. Initially, Bradley had plans to become a US military pilot, but some lower-back issues led him to pursue his love for technology. While in his early years of college, he worked as a contractor doing manual data entry. This is where Bradley discovered the need for automation within business processes. As a clever (and broke) college student, he figured out a way to automate his job by experimenting with building web bots; this allowed him to have more time to do things he enjoyed, such as snowboarding, eating, and spending time with his girlfriend and dog. While working at his father's pawn shop, he discovered how terrible and prehistoric CRM software was. With some experience building out software in previous roles, he thought, "I can create something much better than this." That is what he did. After dropping out of school to build this software, he quickly gained a solid user base. This led him to return to the University of Central Florida to finish his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. This software has had many transformations and is now what thousands of users know as Ringy CRM.

Carlos has been involved in the sales space for well over ten years. He began in the insurance space as an individual sales agent, managing teams as small as five agents to running an agency on his own. In his years as an agent, Carlos became a pilot user of software now known as Ringy CRM; this led to a friendship with Founder/CEO Bradley. With his experience in multiple sales roles and usage of the software as an agent/leader, he has helped remarket/rebrand the software and joined the company in 2018. When he isn't working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his daughter, and watching football and basketball.
