Meet the Passionate Team Behind Your CRM

Bradley has been involved with technology in some way or form since childhood. With admiration for flying planes, he began playing Microsoft Flight Simulator at 6 years old while also studying computer security. Initially, Bradley had plans to become a US military pilot, but some lower-back issues led him to pursue his love for technology. While in his early years of college, he worked as a contractor doing manual data entry. This is where Bradley discovered the need for automation within business processes. As a clever (and broke) college student, he figured out a way to automate his job by experimenting with building web bots; this allowed him to have more time to do things he enjoyed, such as snowboarding, eating, and spending time with his girlfriend and dog. While working at his father's pawn shop, he discovered how terrible and prehistoric CRM software was. With some experience building out software in previous roles, he thought, "I can create something much better than this." That is what he did. After dropping out of school to build this software, he quickly gained a solid user base. This led him to return to the University of Central Florida to finish his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. This software has had many transformations and is now what thousands of users know as Ringy CRM.

Carlos has been involved in the sales space for well over ten years. He began in the insurance space as an individual sales agent, managing teams as small as five agents to running an agency on his own. In his years as an agent, Carlos became a pilot user of software now known as Ringy CRM; this led to a friendship with Founder/CEO Bradley. With his experience in multiple sales roles and usage of the software as an agent/leader, he has helped remarket/rebrand the software and joined the company in 2018. When he isn't working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his daughter, and watching football and basketball.

Robins was born and raised in South Florida. He is passionate about helping people, which always results in satisfactory emotional currency. With a collective background of 15+ years in the Insurance and Real Estate industry, Robins was able to help over 1000 individuals with their sales careers using our CRM. When he’s not working in the office, he enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family to recharge his batteries.

Kathryn has extensive experience in customer service and enjoys the opportunity to help others. She is committed to providing high-quality service and developing customer relationships. Residing in Colorado now, she loves hiking with her dog and skiing the many resorts nearby in her free time.

As a Florida-based IT specialist with a passion for all things tech, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and practicality. My professional journey has taken me through avenues ranging from software engineering to systems administration and cyber security. Outside of my working hours you’ll most likely find me working on creative projects and or binge watching my favorite shows and movies.

Born and raised in Florida, with a history in operations and customer support. She has a passion for helping others. When she is not working, she is being the best dog mom and taking the title of coolest aunt. Traveling feeds her soul, but when she is home, you can find her at the beach or trying a new restaurant!

After living in Orlando for most of her life, Paige settled in Jacksonville last year. With a background in education and technical support, she loves helping individuals learn something new. She is passionate about taking the time to understand each person’s needs, and adjusting to their learning styles. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks while listening to music. She also loves trying new restaurants and spicy food.

Alex is a Florida-based Support Specialist who has been working with users in technology and retail spaces for over 10 years. He enjoys tinkering with new technologies professionally and as a hobby, having grown up building PCs and other gadgets and constantly researching the latest tech. He loves a good barbeque with his growing family and friends and is always open to suggestions for new foods and recipes!

Originally from Southern California, Rob moved to the Denver area over 2 years ago to join the Ringy team as their Mobile Engineer. Rob received his BS and MS in Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach. He is passionate about improving people's lives by writing software, as well as sports. Rob is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Lakers. You can find him at your local park playing basketball if he isn't writing code.

Nidhi was born and raised in Bangalore, India but has always been passionate about moving abroad to study and work. After high school, she finally moved to the US to study Computer Science at Penn State. Since graduation, she has moved to Denver to work at Ringy as a software engineer. She enjoys reading, discovering new music, writing code, working out, traveling, and being in nature. Recently, she’s been trying to pick up the guitar and learn to ski.

Daniel has always had a passion for computers. Growing up, he developed his interest further and pursued a BS in Computer Science at the University of Akron in Northeast Ohio. Two years into his degree, he made the life-changing decision to join the U.S. Air Force as a boom operator on the KC-10. After completing a four-year enlistment, he finished his degree and moved to Denver to join the Ringy team as a Full Stack Software Engineer. In his free time, he loves reading, snowboarding, playing the violin, and working on personal coding projects.

Born and raised in Colorado, Michael Stich earned his BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder. Michael's passion for solving complex problems and collaborating with extraordinary people led him to pursue a career in software engineering. In his free time, Michael enjoys skiing, kayaking, powerlifting, and working on cars.
